The tallest modern wood building in the USA is set to open tomorrow (30th November). The T3 office building located in Minneapolis will sequester around 3,200 tons of carbon. All of the timber is sustainably sourced and is made up of CLT (cross laminate timber) and NLT (nail laminate timber).
The T3 name stands for Timber, Technology, Transit. An amazing building that is one of the most environmentally friendly ways to build.
