The temperatures have definitely dropped in Canberra but things aren’t slowing down in the workshop or on site. We have had a few exciting projects finish up this month and some new ones starting.

World Bee Day Launch (newsletter).jpg

WORLD BEE DAY

Monday 20th May 2019 was World Bee Day and we worked on an exciting project with Knight Frank for the event. We designed and built a pop up installation in the foyer of 4 National Circuit, Barton to celebrate World Bee Day. Honey harvested from the roof of a number of ISPT owned buildings in Canberra was for sale as part of the installation along with a 2 week program of activities for the building tenants with an underlying message about the declining bee population and what we can do to help the bees starting in our own backyards!

This project was a great initiative by Knight Frank and ISPT for World Bee Day and we were so excited to be involved along with the other event partners Canberra Environment Centre, ACT for Bees and Beekeepers – Cormac Farrell & Christine Joannides.

See more photos of the project here.
