July Newsletter 2023

50 July Newsletter Header.jpg

July done and dusted and we had a very productive month with current projects making great strides towards completion and also some exciting news of upcoming projects below. There were mixed emotions in the workforce this month with Ashes ending. Joseph Wainwright knew his English side had won the ashes deep down if the rain had held off, whilst Evan White (Captain of ROW), was rain dancing most of the month and then celebrated retaining the Ashes, thanks to said rain. Check out what else has been happening below.

NEW PROJECT- BURGMANN

We are happy to announce that we have won a new project to supply and install various cladding products at the Burgmann Anglican School in Gungahlin as we team up again with Project Coordination. The cladding on the project is SwisspearlBarestone and Lysaght Longline. The Swisspearl was a specific order for this project which is being manufactured in Switzerland and is currently on a boat on its way to our installers hands. The Swisspearl group has a 125 year history in the fibre cement industry and is supplied here in Australia by HVG Facades. We cannot wait to get started on the new Senior Science Centre for the school.

FLASHBACK- NEXT GEN

Did you know many years ago we supplied and installed Wellington Architectural timber panels throughout the Next Gen Health clubin Lyneham for Manteena. The project took place in 2015 and was the first commercial project we were involved in. Today if you go into this premium health club, which boasts 2 pools, 6 squash courts and large gym, the timber is still an amazing feature throughout and brings a touch of class the incredible fitout. The project was designed by Turco & Associates.

NEW PROJECT- EVO ENERGY

Another project win, this time in Tuggeranong. We will work alongside Boss Projects Group, where will be supplying and installing black Mondoclad to a new building for Evo Energy. Mondoclad is a non-combustible, 3mm solid aluminium cladding which is also supplied by HVG Facades. We will cassette fix these panels and they will be routed and cut in our workshop by one of our two CNC machines. We will be looking to start on this one asap and can’t wait to get stuck in.
